I'm a very frustrated parent at the moment and have been trying to work out this problem for the last 4 weeks. When my son's iPad is in downtime, all apps have been blocked at downtime (as I have selected this option and they have the hourglass timer indicated on the screen), however, there is this one app (Roblox game) that doesn't want to shut off. Why is this???

I haven't allowed this app in the allowed apps function. The iPad has iOS 12.4. I know my son isn't doing anything to his device to override this, as I have his device.
On a side note: is this a conspiracy by Roblox to override Apple's iOS in order to get children addicted to this game?
